Dr. Jain spent countless hours defending the violation herself and finally the case was withdrawn. Dr. Jain proved that with hard work, diligence &amp; faith will prevail. Therefore, Dr. Jain is a candidate for County Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jain believes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each citizen should receive fair, equitable and consistent treatment (due process)<\/li>\n<li>Each taxpayer dollar is to be spent constructively and efficiently to build stable, strong neighborhood (frivolous and political enforcement is costly and unnecessary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\">Emergi-Care Medical Center<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">4800 S.
